1. Our approach to consent
No cookie other than a strictly necessary one is placed on your device before you give consent. When you first visit the site, a banner offers you an equally prominent choice to accept or reject analytics cookies. Rejecting them has no effect on your ability to use the site: we do not operate cookie walls, and nothing here depends on a cookie.
Continuing to browse, scrolling, or closing the banner is not treated as consent. The analytics script is not merely disabled before consent — it is not loaded at all. Your choice is recorded, and you may withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, using the Cookie settings control in the footer of every page.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels and SDKs — perform comparable functions and are covered by this policy.
3. Cookies and storage used
3.1 Strictly necessary — no consent required
Exempt from the consent requirement under Article 4(5) of Law 3471/2006 because it is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested.

We have configured the property with IP anonymisation, with Google Signals disabled and with advertising personalisation disabled. We do not run Google Ads, remarketing tags, social media pixels or any other tracking technology.
Further information is in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Google's own use of the data it receives is described there.
4. Third-party content
We do not embed third-party video players, maps or social media widgets, so no other provider sets a cookie through this site. The LinkedIn reference in our footer is plain text, not an embedded widget.
5. Legal basis and retention
Placing and reading non-essential cookies is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 4(5) of Law 3471/2006). Consent is requested again after 12 months, and whenever the purposes or the third parties involved change materially. What we do with the data collected is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Server logs are not cookies
Our server keeps standard access logs — IP address, time of request, page requested, browser identifiers — which are necessary to run and secure the site. These are not cookies and are not placed on your device. They are described in section 2.2 of the Privacy Policy.
7. Controlling cookies through your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings and enable a “do not track” or global privacy signal. Instructions are published by each browser vendor. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect how this site works.
8. Changes
Where we introduce a new cookie or a new third-party recipient, this policy is updated and consent is requested again before the new cookie is set.
